Privacy Policy
Urban Air Glen Allen is operated by Adventure Park LLC (EIN: 87-1289609), located at 10050 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from users of our website and SMS messaging program.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, party or booking details, and other information you provide when you contact us, book online, visit our website, or opt in to text messages.
SMS messaging
If you opt in, we use your mobile number and consent record to send the message types you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Marketing email
Urban Air Glen Allen may send marketing email to adult customers and account holders, such as birthday reminders, offers, and event news. We do not email minors.
Our emails are sent through our email service provider, which processes your email address and the message content on our behalf. To measure whether our emails work, we track opens (using a small image in the message) and clicks (using tracked links). Open counts are approximate, because some email apps load images automatically.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click. Unsubscribing applies to Urban Air Glen Allen only. Your email unsubscribe does not change your text message choices, and replying STOP to a text does not unsubscribe you from email. You may also contact us at sachin@urbanairglenallen.com.
We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
How we use information
We use information to provide park services, process bookings, respond to customer care requests, operate our SMS program, send permitted communications, protect our business, and comply with legal obligations.
